Cleaning the Visor and hard surfaces

Only clean the visor and hard surfaces with a clean cloth and warm water, Windex, or other gentle cleaner. Do not use any rubbing alcohol, acetone, or isopropyl alcohol as it may cause damage to the plastic or the visor.

Cleaning the fur and foam

Cleaning the fur and foam works the same as most fursuit heads, use your preferred fursuit spray to spot clean fur making sure to give ample time for the fur to dry, and brushing at least once during the drying process and again after fully dry. The foam inside the head can be sprayed as well but be careful to not spray the cleaner directly onto the electronics.

Electronics

Make sure the electronics are never submerged or sprayed with water or other liquids, they are not waterproofed and may become damaged/broken if exposed to moisture. If the front face of the lights needs to be cleaned spray Windex or other glass cleaner onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface of the lights. Allow ample drying time and do not plug the head into its battery before allowing the lights to dry fully.

Storage

Protogen heads are more susceptible to moisture and heat than most fursuit heads. Take care to never sore or leave the head in an environment above 85 deg F ( 30 deg C ) and make sure the storage area does not have high humidity. Make sure to always unplug the battery before storing and do not store the head upside down or resting on its ears, only store the head right side up.
